Patna High Court on Friday rejected the BPSC 70th PT exam canceled petition. The court decides that the exam will not happen again. At the same time, on the decision, the candidates said that we will appeal to the Supreme Court.

Advocate Ashok Kumar Dubey, the petitioner, said, ‘It has been said that only the case is dismissed. Details will be revealed when the order is uploaded. The court has narrated a 100 -page judgment.
‘After the order comes, we will decide whether to go to the Supreme Court or not, but I think I should appeal to the upper court.’

At the time of the verdict, a BPSC candidates wept at the High Court Campus cried. Abhishek said, ‘Our case has become dismissed. We have not slept overnight. What did we not endure, ate sticks on the road, suffered water canon. The dismissal of the case shows how far corruption has reached.
‘I have tears in my eyes. We are drinking tears. Living with suffocation, but we will go to the Supreme Court and fight. I am crying … there are tears in my eyes. Some people are not even able to cry.
Guru Rahman said- BPSC was wrong, wrong
After the High Court’s decision, Guru Rahman said, ‘We have evidence of rigging in the examination. We will soon go to the Supreme Court.

Hearing was completed on 18 March
The High Court had completed the hearing on the petition seeking to cancel the initial exam and re -conduct the last week.
The bench of High Court Executive Chief Justice Ashutosh Kumar and Justice Partha Sarathi reserved its decision on 18 March.
Candidates had demanded the cancellation of the entire exam, alleging rigging and irregularities in the examination. At the same time, the state government and the commission have described these allegations as baseless.

BPSC 70th PT was held on 13 December 2024
On 13 December 2024, the 70th BPSC PT examination was conducted in various districts of Bihar. During the exam, there was an uproar at Bapu Examination Center in Patna. Candidates created a ruckus, making allegations of getting the paper late and leaking.
3 days after the examination, the Commission canceled the examination of Bapu Examination Center, based on the report of the district administration. It said that there was a ruckus by anti -social elements.
Despite the cancellation of a center exam, the candidates are demanding to cancel the entire examination. Candidates continue to perform in Girdnibagh from 18 December.

Government puts favor in court
Advocate General P.K. Shahi had said in the court, saying, ‘The examination was done peacefully and all the guidelines were followed. There were jammers at the center. Adequate security arrangements were made. Some students created a ruckus at Bapu Center. The examination was interrupted there.
In this case, 2 FIRs were registered at Agamkuan police station. Some people were also arrested. Some students were banned from taking BPSC examination for three years on charges of dissolving discipline.
Candidates’ objections and court comments
Candidates had demanded the cancellation of the entire examination, alleging rigging and irregularities in the examination. However, the commission’s senior advocates Lalit Kishore and Sanjay Pandey dismissed the allegations as baseless. The court objected to the deprivation of the students for three years and said that such strict action should not be taken.
Now only after the decision of Patna High Court in this case, it will be clear that the validity of the 70th BPSC PT exam will remain or it will be ordered to be canceled.
