An official of Pandit BD Sharma Health Sciences University, Rohtak (UHSR), this leaked document issued on February 11 was aware of the answer sheets of some MBBS students of a private college.

How to open the case
The case was revealed when the leak document employee took a picture of the letter from his mobile phone, inadvertently his thumb came into the picture. Later this picture went viral and reached the respective private college, causing concern among the students registered in the letter. On receiving the leak information, UHSR Vice Chancellor Dr. HK Aggarwal immediately started an internal investigation.
The investigation examined the thumb impression of all the officers who handled the documents and reviewed the CCTV footage, which confirmed the identification of the employee responsible for the leaks.
Employee suspended
In the CCTV footage, the employee was allegedly shown taking photographs holding the document, which led to his identification. The employee was suspended and Dr. Aggarwal recommended to register an FIR against him.
The official said, his name, along with 16 other officials of UHSR, is included in the FIR, including the names of 24 MBBS students of the private college.

On the spot assessment will begin
Rohtak PGI officials say that no officer will be spared if found involved in this case. To prevent such lapse in future, UHSR has implemented several reforms. We have introduced an on-the-spot evaluation system for examination papers in medical and paramedical courses.
Apart from this, the examination centers have been changed for private medical colleges and have made the examination supervisors more accountable.
