A case was registered against the victim girl, her friend and Amit Bindal on the complaint of Haryanvi singer Rocky Mittal after Honey Trap Angle surfaced in Himachal Pradesh’s Kasauli gang rape case.
After the FIR was registered, the police arrested 3 accused. On behalf of Rocky Mittal, a complaint was given against the main accused that they were demanding money by implicating in Honey Trap.

FIR on 13 December, copy on 14
BJP state president Mohanlal Baroli and Haryanvi singer Rocky Mittal were registered on 13 December 2024. On January 14, a copy of this FIR suddenly surfaced. In which the victim woman said that she had gone to Kasauli to hang out with her friend and her boss Amit. In the hotel there, Barauli and Rocky Mittal forcibly gave him alcohol and gang -raped her.
A few days after the FIR surfaced, a friend of the victim held a press conference in Panchkula. Here he denied the gang rape. She said that she met only singer Rocky Mittal at Kasauli’s hotel. She neither knows Mohan Baroli nor did she see them there.
FIR on Honey Trap Angle in Kasauli case after 3 months of the case
In December, three months after the FIR surfaced in Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh, the angle of Honey Trap was revealed. Regarding this, Haryanvi singer Rocky Mittal had filed an FIR by complaining to the Panchkula police. So far, three accused have been arrested.

1. Threatened to be trapped in Honey Trap
Rocky Mittal told the police in the FIR that on 9 September 2024, he received a call, in which he was threatened to implicate Mohan Lal Baroli (BJP state president) in the honey trap. If they do not get their meeting with Mohan Lal Barauli, they will implicate me in the false case of Honey Trap.
2. Uproar in the house to tarnish the image
Rocky Mittal said- The accused told me that if you did not get a setting by meeting Barauli and did not get the money, then you will have to face serious consequences.
When I asked how you can implicate me in a false case, he said that the mite also grinds with flour. The accused woman had also come to my house and she created a ruckus, so that my image in the society was tarnished.
3. If the plans are not fulfilled then a false case filed
On September 18, 2024, Rocky Mittal told the police that he was receiving threats. The same day the accused women rushed to Rocky Mittal’s house. Here he alleged that Rocky had taken money in the name of getting a job.
Rocky told that- these women were asked by the police to come to the police station but she ran away. I also have their call recording. When his plans did not succeed, he filed a case against me and Baroli in Solan, Himachal.
4. Make videos from AI, could not implicate due to clean image
Rocky Mittal said- The group of accused using Artificial Intelligence (AI) prepares people’s CDs and then blackmails. If you do not get money, then they register false FIR.
He also laid a trap in Goa and Delhi to trap me and Baroli but could not implicate us due to a clear image.
5. came to the police station and apologized himself
On 25 September 2024, 2 women accused came to the police station for repeated calls and they also apologized there. He had told that he did all this work under Amit Bindal and political pressure.
6. Woman accused asked me for 50 lakh rupees
Singer said- An accused woman made me missed calls on several Bar WhatsApp on 21 January 2025. The next day when I made a return call, he clearly said that he and Amit Bindal are the masterminds of this plan. She will make my compromise with the girl who does the case.
During this, he asked for 50 lakh rupees from me. When I did not speak to her, she started saying that its result would be very bad. After this, he took a screenshot of that call from place to place and started performing performance, candle march and false interviews.
