Actress Hansika Motwani, who plays an artist in the TV show Shaka Laka Boom Boom Bal, has approached the Bombay High Court. He has also sought 27 lakh rupees along with the demand to dismiss the allegations against him. In fact, Hansika and her mother had filed a case at Mumbai’s Amboli police station in 2024 under domestic violence and other allegations in 2024 on Hansika and her mother.
According to Times Now, Hansika Motwani and her mother Jyoti Motwani filed a petition in the Bombay High Court on Thursday, 3 April, seeking the cancellation of the criminal case filed against her by her X Bhabhi Nancy James.
The petition stated that the FIR was recorded in a sense of revenge, when Hansika had asked for ₹ 27 lakh from Muskan and brother Prashant, which he lent for his wedding expenses. They allege that this amount was used to pay the wedding planners, but neither smile nor Prashant returned it.
Hansika further said in the petition that whatever problem came in her brother’s marriage, she has nothing to do with her. He also claimed that his X-Bhabhi had filed this case only for the purpose of pressurizing him to compromise the money.
Hansika and her mother had a case in 2024
According to Times Nou, Muskan had registered a case in 2024 under the allegations of Cruelty (Section 498-A) of IPC (Section 498-A), threatening (section 506), deliberately insulting (section 504) and injury (Section 323) in 2024. The actress has also alleged that her in-laws used to demand expensive gifts in some time and also committed domestic violence with her, which caused serious tension and bails palsy disease.
Smile and Prashant married in 2021
TV actress Muskan Nancy James and Hansika’s brother Prashant Motwani were married on 18 March 2021. However, the two separated from 2022.
