According to the victim’s father, her daughter was a BCA student at that time and used to go to the church with her family. Jashan Gill seduced her daughter and physically exploited her and then when she became pregnant, she got a nurse from Khokhar village illegally and carelessly.
This abortion was performed in an illegal center. Abortion was so carelessly done that the daughter got an infection. He suffered a severe stomach pain and we admitted him to the hospital. Abortion came to know when ultrasound took place. He was then taken to Amritsar, but died during treatment.

Allegations on police also, no arrest has been made yet
The victim’s father claimed that Pastor Jashan Gill bribed the police officers, due to which he has not been arrested yet. He said that the incident is from 2023, but the police have not taken any concrete action so far. He is roaming freely and the police is taking money from him.
CBI demand for investigation, High Court’s stand
The victim’s father said that he was constantly receiving threats and has left the village in view of his security. He has demanded a CBI inquiry, moving to the Punjab High Court. He said that he has started a fight for justice for his own daughter. The Punjab Police did nothing. He wants a fair investigation into the case to be conducted by CBI.
The father informed that the police did not even add the sections of the murder in the FIR, while his daughter has died. Not only this, the name of nurse Kulwant Kaur is also not being recorded in the FIR. Whenever I go to the police, they insist on Rajiname. I have been out of the house for 2 years, only justice is needed.
The case of action on priests has been done earlier also
A few days before the incident, the Mohali court sentenced another self -proclaimed Christian pastor Bajinder Singh to life imprisonment in a sexual harassment of a woman. He was sentenced in the case of 2018, where the woman was assaulted and harassed after a prayer session. At the same time, a case of assault with a woman on this pastor of Jalandhar is still going on.
