Dr. Girija Vyas, former MLA and Minister of State, was burnt up to 90% due to fire in a dupatta during Gangaur Puja on 31 March. He was first treated at the hospital in Udaipur and then referred to Ahmedabad. Where he died on 1 May.
Dr. Girija Vyas was born on 8 July 1946 Nathdwara, Rajasthan. Girija’s father was a freedom fighter and his mother was a teacher.
