Former Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said, “Allah has kept me alive for some reason and one day will come when those targeting the leaders of Awami League will be brought into the dock of justice.” The president of Awami League said this when she was talking to family members of her party leaders on social media.

‘People do not like Muhammad Yunus’

He directly attacked Muhammad Yunus, the chief advisor of the interim government of Bangladesh and said that he is a person who never loved the common people. “Sheikh Hasina said,” She lent small money to the poor at high interest and lived a life of luxury in abroad. At that time we could not understand his reality and also helped him a lot, but people did not benefit from him. He only did well for himself. Now his hunger for power is harming Bangladesh.

He said, ‘Bangladesh, seen as a model of development, has now become a terrorist country.’ Expressing grief, he said, “The way our leaders and workers are being killed cannot be described in words. People, police, lawyers, journalists and artists of Awami League are being targeted.”

Sheikh Hasina remembers the painful murder of the family and said emotional talk

Recalling the killing of the entire family including her father and the first President of the country Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, former Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said, “I lost my father, mother, brother and the whole family in a single day. After this we were not allowed to return to our country. I feel deeply sad to lose my own.”

He further said, “Allah protects me. Perhaps he wants to do something good through me. Those who have committed these terrible crimes must be punished. This is my pledge.”

‘I am alive, son… I will come again’

During the conversation, the families of Awami League leaders and activists told how their loved ones were killed and they were persecuted. Hearing these things, former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said emotionally, “These people are not human. They will have to face justice one day. Allah will never forgive such oppression.”

When a woman told the story of her father’s murder, Hasina replied, “You will definitely do justice, as I did after killing my parents. We will find those guilty. That day will definitely come. I have full faith in it, otherwise I am not alive today.”

When a supporter asked, “How are you?” So Sheikh Hasina smiled and said, “I am alive, son.” The second supporter said, “Allah give you a chance again,” so he replied, “he will definitely give it. So Allah has kept me alive till now. I am coming.”
