For this reason, he was made an MP in 1989, but after becoming an MP, the domineering people there picked up a girl. Despite being in power, he could not do anything. Troubled by this incident, he resigned from his post in a few days.
When India came to India, there was a month’s visa Atrocities on minorities were increasing on the day of Pakistan. In such a situation, Divaya Ram decided to settle in India in 2000 with his family. When he came to India, he had only one month visa. By 2018, he kept growing his family visa. The first visa used to grow every year, but later it started growing for 5 years.
13 people including wife, children came Divaya Ram says that when he came to India from Pakistan, he was accompanied by a total of 13 people including his wife Rajo Rani, mother, 8 sons, Ramlal, Shankarlal, Khemlal, Sikander Lal, Khetaram, Tekaram, Darshanlal and 2 daughters. Now the number of family members has increased to 30. He first stayed in Madina village of Rohtak.
Then in 2008, he settled in Ratangarh in Ratia. During this time another daughter was born. In Ratangarh, he got his three daughters and 8 sons married.

Dada’s 25 acres of land in Pakistan Divaya Ram said that his grandfather still has 25 acres of land in Pakistan. This land is located in Panchgireh area of Dariyapur tehsil of Bakhar district of Pakistan. Due to living in India, the Aadhaar cards and other certificates of all his family members have been made from India. He is expected to get Indian citizenship soon.
Cousin also started coming to Ratia Divaya Ram’s cousin Omprakash also moved from Pakistan to Ratia in 2006 along with his father Sona Ram, 3 brothers and other family members. 3 years after coming to India, in 2009, Omprakash was married in Sardarwala village, the home of a relative of then MLA Gyanchand Odhi. His 2 other brothers were also married in Fatehabad district.
Omprakash said that 6 members of his family have got Indian citizenship. Documents of other family members have also been sent to the Government of India. It is expected that they will soon be called Indian citizens.
