U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has sparked controversy by comparing Venezuela’s Tren de Aragua gang to Al Qaeda. Speaking during a visit to Guyana, Rubio claimed that the U.S. Marines who temporarily held some gang members at Guantanamo described them as “worse than Al Qaeda.”
