Earthquake tremors were felt on Tuesday night in Kutch district of Gujarat. The intensity of the earthquake measured 4.3 on the Richter scale. According to the National Center for Sismology (NCS), the earthquake occurred at 11:26 pm. Its center was 20 kilometers below the ground.
The earthquake tremors were mild, but due to late night, there was an atmosphere of nervousness among the people for some time. NCS shared information on social media platform X, stating that the epicenter of the earthquake was 23.52 ° northern latitude and 69.95 ° East longitude.
At present, no loss of life and property is reported. The administration is monitoring the situation. The Kutch area is considered to be earthquake sensitive, and there have been major earthquakes before here.
