In the Disha Salian case, BJP MP Narayan Rane claimed on Saturday that Uddhav Thackeray had requested not to take the name of his son Aditya Thackeray in the Disha Salian case. Narayan Rane said that
Disha Salian’s father had to go to the High Court as he has not received justice till now. He did not trust the police, so he moved to the court. When Uddhav Thackeray was the Chief Minister, he talked to me twice and requested that I not drag the name of his son Aditya in this case. -Rane said in a press conference

Earlier, Disha’s father Satish Salian filed a petition in the Bombay High Court for a fresh investigation into his daughter’s death. In this, he has demanded to register an FIR against Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aditya Thackeray and hand over the case to CBI.
What is Disha Salian case? Disha Salian, who was the former manager of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. On June 8, 2020, Disha fell from the 14th floor of Malad area of Mumbai. The police described it as suicide. Father Satish Salian alleged that Disha was murdered after a gang rape. But the case was suppressed under political pressure.
Initially, Disha’s father had confidence in the Mumbai Police’s investigation, but later felt that it was only a ‘cover-up’ operation. Now in the petition, Suraj Pancholi, Dino Morya and Mumbai Police have also been made serious allegations.
BJP leader claims- murdered after gang rape BJP leader Nitesh Rane had accused Disha of killing him 3 years ago after gangrape. However, the parents of Disha had filed a case against Nitesh, stating a conspiracy to defame the daughter.
Now after 5 years, Disha’s father says that he was forced to accept the evidence presented by the police by house arrest.
Sushant’s father said- Disha’s father corrected Sushant Singh Rajput’s father said- First Disha Salian’s father had said that he does not know anything, the daughter must have committed suicide. I do not know what he is saying later that this is not a suicide. However, there is a difference between the earlier government and now government. Salian’s lawyer said- FIR is not being registered In the Disha Salian case, her father’s lawyer Nilesh Ojha said that in September 2023, he filed a PIL (PIL) demanding an FIR and action. After this, in December 2023, the Shinde government formed a special investigation team (SIT) to investigate the matter.
He further said that a written complaint was filed in the case on 12 January 2024, in which Aditya Thackeray, Suraj Pancholi and others were accused of gangrape. But despite more than a year, the FIR was not registered.
Disha died on 8 June 2020
A video came a few days after Disha’s death on 8 June 2020. Media reports claimed that the video was one hour before his death. In the video, Disha is seen dancing with her friends.
Disha’s boyfriend Rohan is also seen in the video. It was claimed that Disha had posted the video in the WhatsApp group of friends at 11:48 pm on June 8, 2020. He committed suicide after about an hour.
After the video surfaced, questions arose as to why she did suicide when she was so happy. However, there was no official confirmation of any kind about the video.
In 2022, BJP leader Nitesh Rane made several allegations about the death of Disha Salian. Rane also linked with the sacked police officer Sachin Waje, who was jailed in the Antilia case through social media posts.
Rane has demanded CBI inquiry Nitesh Rane has made many allegations before this. Due to this, he also demanded a CBI investigation. About 2 years ago, Rane said, ‘Disha had sought help on Dial 100 and told everything. The police will definitely have information, as it was a recorded call.
He had said, ‘The Mumbai Police could not help him, so he also gets a question. I am giving a lead. It should be investigated by CBI. If CBI wants, I am ready to help them.
Earlier, Nitesh Rane wrote a letter to Home Minister Amit Shah demanding the security of Disha’s boyfriend Rohan Rai. He wrote that Rohan’s statement will be very important to investigate Disha and Sushant death. This can open many links because it is fully sure that the connection of both of them is connected.
