A day after taking oath as Chief Minister in Delhi, Rekha Gupta took a big decision. The Delhi government has removed the personal staff of former CM and ministers.
The officers and employees who were appointed by the former government of Delhi to another place. They have been asked to report immediately to their original departments. CM Rekha will meet today at 2 pm.
The assembly session of the new government will start from 24 February. It will last for three days and end on 27 February. New MLAs will be sworn in in the House. On the third day, 14 CAG reports will be kept in the House.
The departments of ministers 4 hours after the oath CM Rekha Gupta’s swearing -in ceremony in Delhi was held on February 20 at 12:30 pm. After 4 hours, departments were divided among the ministers. CM Rekha Gupta has kept the Finance Ministry with him. Apart from this, 8 departments are kept with them.
Pravesh Verma, who defeated Arvind Kejriwal from New Delhi seat, has been given the responsibility of PWD, legislative cases, irrigation and flood control, water, gurudwara elections.
Senior BJP leader Vijendra Gupta, who won for the fourth time from Rohini, will be made the Speaker of the Assembly and MLA from Mustafabad, Mohan Singh Bisht as deputy speaker.
