1. Amid language dispute, PM targeted the Tamil Nadu government, said- no leader does not sign in Tamil
Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a public meeting in Rameswaram.
There is a dispute between Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin and the Central Government over the Triya Language. Regarding this, PM Modi said- Letters of many Tamil Nadu leaders come to me. Surprisingly, no leader does not sign in Tamil. Tamil should be proud, so these people should sign the local language.
Modi said- Medical studies should be in Tamil language: Prime Minister Modi reached Rameswaram on Sunday. During this, CM Stalin neither came to receive them nor reached the program. Addressing a public meeting here, the PM said that I demand from the state government to get medical studies in Tamil language.
What is Triya Language War: The Tamil Nadu government has been opposing the implementation of the Triya Language Policy in the state under the new education policy for the last two months. 2. PM inaugurated the new Pamban Bridge in Rameswaram: This is Asia’s first vertical lift Railway C Bridge
The new Pamban Bridge is 2.08 km long. Its foundation was laid by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in November 2019.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the new Pamban Bridge in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu. It is Asia’s first vertical lift Spanish railway bridge. The foundation of this 2.08 km long bridge was laid by Modi in 2019. The new bridge made of steel has a polysiloxen coating, which will protect it from rust and sea salty water.
Bridge rises in 5 minutes: The new Pamban Bridge is made up of 100 spans i.e. parts. When the sea ship has to leave, the center span (middle part) of this navigation bridge (opening bridge) is up. 3. Ramlala’s Sun Tilak on Ram Navami, rays lying 4 minutes on the frontal; 2 lakh lamps burnt on Saryu Ghat
The Sun Abhishek of Ramlala took place in Ayodhya on Ramnavami. For 4 minutes, the sun rays occurred on the forehead of Ramlala. A system has been made from Ashtadhatu pipes for Surya Tilak of Ramlala. In this, rays are delivered to the forehead of Ramlala to the sanctum sanctorum with 4 lenses and 4 mirrors.
5 lakh devotees reached Ayodhya: Around 5 lakh devotees reached Ayodhya on the occasion of Ramnavami. There was a one km long line outside the Ram temple. 4. Fire in Bilaspur-Bikaner Express in MP: stopped at Tarana, Ujjain; Broke the glass to extinguish the fire

The Bilaspur-Bikaner Express (20846) train caught fire in Tarana near Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh. The fire was in the SLR (generator compartment) of the train. Smoke arose caused chaos. Some people tried to extinguish the fire by bursting the glass of the coach and pouring water.

5. Farmer leader Dallewal’s fast ends after 131 days, Agriculture Minister will meet farmers on 4 May.
Joint Kisan Morcha (Non Political) leader Jagjit Singh Dallawal has ended the fast unto death after 131 days. A day earlier, Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan appealed to Dallawal to end the fast and said that on May 4, farmers will meet in Chandigarh.
Sitting on hunger strike since November 2024: Dallawal started a fast on 26 November 2024 over other demands including MSP. When the health deteriorated, the police admitted Dallawal to a private hospital in Patiala. On 3 April, he was discharged from the hospital. Read full news …
6. 6 petitions against the Waqf law in the Supreme Court, the Waqf Bill became a law after the President’s approval So far six petitions have been filed in the Supreme Court regarding the new Waqf law. The new petition was filed by Kerala Jamiatul Ulema, Sunni Muslim organization of Kerala. The All India Muslim Personal Law Board will perform across the country from 11 April.
Bill received President’s approval: The Waqf Bill has received the President’s approval on 5 April. Now the central government will issue a separate notification regarding the date of implementation of the new law. The bill (now law) was passed on April 2 after a discussion of 12-12 hours in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha on 3 April. Read full news …
7. IPL 2025 Hyderabad’s fourth consecutive defeat: Gujarat defeated by 7 wickets; Captain Gill’s Fifty
Gill won the team by taking a run on the fourth ball of the 17th over.
Sunrisers Hyderabad have suffered a fourth consecutive defeat in IPL 2025. Gujarat defeated the home team by 7 wickets. Gujarat has won the third consecutive match. Target of 153 runs at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad was achieved by Gujarat for 3 wickets in 16.4 overs.

100 year old female turtle became mother for the first time
This female tortoise is of the galapegus species, which is quite rare.
