1. Pahalgam attack- 5 major decisions against Pakistan, Indus Water Agreement stopped, Attari border closed
The cabinet meeting of security matters at PM residence lasted two and a half hours. In this meeting, decisions were taken against Pakistan.
After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir, 5 major decisions have been taken against Pakistan.
- The Indus Water Agreement between India and Pakistan was suspended.
- The attic border has been closed. Pakistani citizens who came to India have been given time till May 1 to return from this route.
- Pakistani citizens will no longer be able to visit India. Pakistani citizens present in India have been given 48 hours to leave India. Visa of all Pakistani citizens canceled.
- The Pakistani Defense Advisors posted at the Pakistani Hammals in New Delhi have been given a week to leave India.
