Comedian and actor Veer Das has recently lashed out by Air India. According to the comedian, he had booked tickets of 50 thousand rupees, which also booked wheelchair and lifting facility, because his wife has a fracture in his leg. But he found this VIP facility far away but also broken the seat, whose foot rest was also broken. Veer Das said that on the complaint, the staff ignored him completely.
Veer Das has recently written on his official X platform (first Twitter), I have been very loyal. I think your cabin crew is very good, but I am pain while writing this post. My wife and I have pranam (this is a facility, in which the passenger gets all kinds of VIP facilities from picking up the goods) and a wheelchair booked, because my wife has a fracture in her leg that she is healing. We were going to Delhi. We gave 50 thousand rupees of every seat. The broken table was the broken leg rest and its seat was reclined and trapped. The seat was not even directly. We were told in the flight that the seat has been put new.

Further, Veer Das wrote, “With a delay of two hours, we reached Delhi and we were told that there are stairs to get off the flight. Let me tell you that there was a wheelchair and lounged pre-book. I asked the air hostess to assist my wife when I was picked up 4 bags. She was silent and clouped. We were getting off the plane. I told Air India’s mail ground staff to help us, but they were ignoring us. My wife had to get down the stairs with a fracture leg.
Veer Das has further said, after landing, we told a staff member standing near the bus, what is happening, he said, sir, sorry. When we reached the terminal, the person of Namkam (Lonz) told the wheelchair staff that we have pre-booking. He was also clouped. There were wheelchairs everywhere, but there was no staff because the flight was late for 2 hours. I took a wheelchair myself and took my wife to the goods and then went to the parking lot. Tell Namkam Air India what is happening. Nobody has come. Well, you have a wheelchair second floor parking, claim it.

Got the answer from Air India, then said- Take your wheelchair
After the post of Veer Das on social media, Air India has assured him of help. Air India wrote in response, Dear Mr. Das, we understand and sorry to hear your experience. Please share your booking details, we are watching it on priority. Veer Das wrote on this, take your wheelchair.
