Barefoot Warriors have partnered with NGOs like Spread a Smile Foundation, Earth Savier Foundation and Chintan. Due to this, Keshav is providing help from the youth living in slums to the homeless and various communities.
Find out those who make new ones from old, spent 9 lakh rupees on training Keshav said, I saw the children walking barefoot on the streets of Delhi. I realized that I have many pair of shoes while these children do not have one. Then the question came in my mind how to make the old shoes new.
Keshav, along with the Barefoot Warriors campaign, discovered those (cobbler) who could make the old shoes new. Keshav, spending 9 lakh rupees, trained four sprains. They not only give a new look to the old shoes, but are also running their home.

The purpose of Barefoot Warriors is to deliver shoes to the needy children.
Gathering old shoes through donations and workshops Due to Keshav’s efforts, Barefoot Warriors became increasingly popular. His family, friends and neighbors also helped in this. They donate to old shoes. Keshav expanded this initiative by raising awareness in schools and corporate offices. He has partnered with organizations like Amity School Network, Max Hospital and GMR to set up a donation box and organize a workshop.
More than 2 thousand pair of shoes were found, 90% changed to new Barefoot Warriors have so far received more than 2 thousand shoes through donation. Of these, 90% of the shoes were new to those who live barefoot. Under this campaign, it has helped to reduce environmental pollution by reducing about 1.68 MT of CO2 Emission and saving 9.6 million liters of water. These resources could be used in the production of new shoes.

Keshav’s goal- Campaign reaches other cities of the country Keshav, who is aiming to control pollution, has taken initiatives like ‘No to Landfills’ (No2la) (No2la) and ‘Stop Harding Cloths’ (Stoho) for the waste management.
Given the future, Keshav aims to bring Barefoot Warriors to other cities in India to find a permanent solution of footwear waste.
Through this initiative, Keshav is proving that youth can prove to be helpful in bringing changes and can turn useless shoes into a better future step.
