Category 7, the recently formed hard rock/heavy metal supergroup – which Metallica‘s James Hetfield praised as a killer music discovery – has announced their first-ever South American Tour with support from Clash Bulldogs. Additional support bands will be announced soon.
The band features the iconic voice of John Bush (Armored Saint, Anthrax), the ferocious guitar duo of Phil Demmel (Kerry King, ex-Machine Head, ex-Vio-Lence) & Mike Orlando (Adrenaline Mob, Corey Glover‘s Sonic Universe), the thunderous bass lines of Jack Gibson (Exodus), and the inhuman drumming of stickman extraordinaire Jason Bittner (Shadows Fall, ex-Overkill).
Guitarist Phil Demmel says about the tour: “I couldn’t be more excited to launch our C7 storm down in South America with these shows this summer! We are ALL ready to unleash this band, and what better place to kick it all off but a place that LOVES its metal!! SEE YOU ALL SO SOON!!”
