A Russian TV journalist died in a blast in Belgorod, a border area of Russia. The journalist’s name was Anna Prokofayeva (35 years). Was reporting for Russia’s official TV channel-1.
While covering the story, the journalist’s car climbed on a landmine. This flew away the car. The explosion was so fast that the female journalist died on the spot. At the same time, the cameraman has also been injured in it.

The European Union (EU) has issued a warning for its 45 crore citizens. It said that they should keep stock of at least 72 hours of food, water and other essential items in view of war, cyber attacks, climate change and increasing dangers of epidemics. EU’s advisory advises people to stock things like flashlight, ID paper, medicines, cash, and shortwave radio. In the meeting, France and Britain proposed to form a special alliance. Its purpose is to protect Europe from any of the Russian attacks in the future. The meeting was attended by Ukrainian President Jailnsky, Britain PM Starmer, French President Macron, Georgia PM Meloni and other leaders.
After the meeting, French President Macron announced that European soldiers could be deployed in Ukraine. These soldiers will be deployed at major cities and strategic bases of Ukraine. They will not be posted on the front front. Macron also announced military assistance of 18 thousand crores for Ukraine.
