The outrage rally reached the collectorate at around eleven in the morning. A large number of people associated with various organizations participated in it. Emergency services were not affected by the shutdown. Essential services like school-college, petrol pump, gas agency, hospital were operational.
Priyank Kanungo, a member of the National Human Rights Commission, reached Bijayanagar on Saturday. He met the families and school operators of the victim girls. Kanungo said that school minor girls were tempted and befriended and then made a victim of sexual harassment. He was also blackmailed.
The commission member directed to start the education of the victim girls. Each victim will be given financial assistance of 20 thousand rupees. He said that many more girls can also suffer. Complaint boxes will be kept at the board examination centers for one month, in which complaints can be made without name.

13 accused caught so far On 15 February, a minor had filed a case at Bijayanagar police station. After that another minor filed a case. Then a report was also given by the father of 3 girls. Police arrested four accused – Sohail Mansuri, Lukman, Aashiq and Karim yesterday. Today, after appearing in Ajmer Poxo Court, all the accused were sent to jail.
