BCCI Job Team India: The Board of Control for Cricket in India has taken a job. The board gave information about vacancy on Wednesday. Women’s Team India needs head physiotherapists and coaches. The BCCI also stated with the vacancy that how much qualification and experience should be. People working in these posts will help improve the performance of the players. Along with this, after injury, we will work on early recovery.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India has vacated two major positions for Senior Women’s Team India. The first post is for the head physiotherapist and the second post is for Strength and Conditioning Coach. People working on both these posts will work at the BCCI Center of Excellence in Bangalore. The responsibility of physio will increase after the players are injured. They will work on the recovery of the players. For this, sessions will be kept every day.
What should be qualification for physio –
Post graduation is necessary with specialization in sports or musculoskeletal physiotherapy/sports and exercise medicine/sports rehabilitation. Along with this, at least 10 years of experience in physiotherapy is also necessary. The appointed physio should have a work experience with a team or athlete.
This will be the responsibility of strength and conditioning coaches –
Strength and conditioning coaches will conduct warmup schedule for players. Along with this, we will get practice before the match. They will also take care of the fitness of the players. For this, it will be the responsibility of designing special programs. At least 7 years experience is necessary to apply to this post. Along with this, there should also be experience of doing with a team or athlete.
