According to media reports, Begum Sarahanaj Kamalika Rahman Sheikh, wife of the Bangladesh Army Chief, is the daughter of Mustafizur Rahman, uncle. Mustafizur Rahman has taken over the army reins from 1997 to 2000. Sheikh Hasina was also the Prime Minister of Bangladesh during this period.
