At A Glance: Trans Am's Sebring Opener Entry List

The Trans Am season begins this weekend at Florida’s Sebring Int’l Raceway where the headlining TA series, along with the TA2 division are set to take on the 3.74-mile road course on Saturday and Sunday.

Among those gracing the TA entry list includes defending champion Paul Menard and three-time champion Chris Dyson.

Here’s a look at the entry list for Sebring:

  • No. 3, Paul Menard (Ford Mustang)
  • No. 4, Wally Dallenbach (Ford Mustang)
  • No. 5, Keith Grant (Chevrolet Camaro)
  • No. 8, Tomy Drissi (Chevrolet Camaro)
  • No. 16, Chris Dyson (Ford Mustang)
  • No. 17, Adam Andretti (Chevrolet Camaro)
  • No. 21, Humaid Masaood (Ford Mustang)
  • No. 23, Amy Ruman (Chevrolet Corvette)
  • No. 31, Brandon Jones (Ford Mustang)
  • No. 57, David Pintaric (Ford Mustang)
  • No. 70, Brent Crews (Chevrolet Camaro)

Twelve additional entries will be competing in separate classes:

  • No. 10, Paul Tracy (IRC GT, XGT)
  • No. 14, Billy Griffin (Mercedes AMG GT3, XGT)
  • No. 36, Joshua Carlson (Ford Mustang, SGT)
  • No. 38, Colin Cohen (Ford Mustang, GT)
  • No. 41, Jeff Lindstrom (Ford Mustang, GT)
  • No. 42, Danny Lowry (Mercedes AMG GT3, XGT)
  • No. 49, Patrick Utt (Chevrolet Camaro, SGT)
  • No. 84, Lee Saunders (Dodge Viper, SGT)
  • No. 89, Mike Fitzpatrick (Aston Martin GT4, SGT)
  • No. 97, Chris Coffey (Maserati MC GT4, GT)
  • No. 02, Kaylee Bryson (Chevrolet Corvette, XGT)
  • No. 04, Jon DeGaynor (Ford Mustang, GT1)

The weekend will also feature its feeder series, CUBE3 Architecture TA2 Series.

Among the drivers set to compete in that class include Hendrick Motorsports development driver Corey Day (No. 17 Chevrolet Camaro), second-generation racer Boris Said Jr. (No. 60 Ford Mustang), former first round NFL Draft pick Jared Odrick (No. 00 Ford Mustang and three-time TA2 champion Rafa Matos (No. 57 Chevrolet Camaro).

A total of 39 drivers will compete in the class.
