1. Inauguration of the sixth edition of Jal Shakti Abhiyan-Catch the Rain
On 22 March, the sixth edition of Jal Shakti Abhiyan-Catch the Rain was launched from Tau Devi Lal Stadium in Panchkula in Haryana. Union Water Minister CR Patil attended the event as the chief guest. Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Jal Shakti Abhiyan in 2019.
2. Intelligence Chief dismissed for the first time in the history of Israel
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has dismissed the Chief Ronan Bar of Intelligence Agency Shin Bet. This was announced by Israel’s Prime Minister’s Office.
This is the first time in the history of Israel that the government has removed the head of the domestic security agency from its post. Ronan’s last day as Shin Bet Chief was to be on 10 April.
The Prime Minister’s Office said that if a new appointment is made in place of Ronan, they can leave the post before that.

The recruitment notification for the posts of MR (Matric Recruit) and SSR (Senior Secondary Recruit) for 02/2025, 01/2026 and 02/2026 batch has been issued under the Indian Navy Agniveer Recruitment 2025.
