The Supreme Court on Wednesday stayed the order of the Delhi High Court, in which the Consortium of National Law Universities were asked to revise the marksheet and re-release the final list of the selected candidates of CLAT-OG 2025 within four weeks.
A bench of Justice BR Gawai and Justice AG Christ has passed an interim order while issuing notice on the special permission petition challenging the High Court order of April 23.
In fact, a candidate who got Air 22nd had challenged the High Court’s decision in the Supreme Court and said that the candidates who have not received marks in the Supreme Court Question Paper A have faced losses compared to the candidates that get B, C and D sets, which could not give them equal chance.
The mistake of question paper ‘B’, ‘C’ and ‘D’ have been made by the defendant/consortium, so no defects can be found for the candidates to give or not to give the right or wrong answers to the candidates.
