In Bihar, recruitment has been done on the posts of 15000 home guards. The application for this recruitment is starting today i.e. from 27 March. Candidates can apply by visiting the official website onlinebhg.bihar.gov.in. This recruitment of Bihar has been taken out by Bihar Home Defense Corps for 37 districts of the state.

Educational qualification:

12th pass should be from recognized board.

Physical Qualification:

Length :

Male (ordinary): 5 feet 4 inch (162.56 cm)
Female: 5 feet 1 inch (153 cm)
Male (for Kosi region): 5 feet 2 inches (157.5 cm)

Sew

Men: 31 inch (79 cm) (without inflats)
Men of Kosi region: 30 inches (76 cm)

Physical test

Men will have to complete the 1600 meter race in 6 minutes.
Women will have to run 800 meters in 5 minutes.
There will be a competition of high jump, long jump and ball throw after the race. It will be given marks on the basis of performance.

Edge Limit:

19 – 40 years
Reserve category will be given age discount according to government rules

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Physical measurement test (PMT)
Document verification

Fees:

General, EBC, MBC, BC: Rs 200
SC, ST, women (all classes): 100 rupees
