A man urinated on the passenger sitting next to the flight of Air India. The aircraft was going from Delhi to Bangkok.
According to the statement of Air India, the incident took place on 9 April. The cabin crew reported that a passenger treated the rule in the Delhi-Banclock Flight (AI2336). The case has been told to the officers of the Directorate of Civil Aviation (DGCA).
Civil Aviation Minister K Rammohan Naidu said that if anything is wrong, we will take necessary action.
Supreme Court had said- strict guidelines became The Supreme Court had directed the Center and DGCA to make guidelines on the 2022 urination case in the Air India flight on 26 November last year. The court had said that there is a need to take creative steps to prevent such incidents in future.
Then Solicitor General Aishwarya Bhati, who is representing the Center in the Supreme Court, had said that DGCA has issued new circulars and the guidelines have been updated.
In fact, on 26 November 2022, accused Shankar urinated a woman drunk on a flight from New York to Delhi. The airline did not take any action on this incident. The elderly woman complained to the chairman of the Tata Group, when the airline officers were active and got an FIR in Delhi Police. The accused was arrested 42 days later. However, in January 2023, a Delhi court granted bail to accused Shankar Mishra.
Drunk passenger urinated and flight emergency landing Last year, a drunk passenger forced a flight of American Airlines to make emergency landing. The passenger took off his clothes in front of the passengers on the flight and urinated in the corridor itself.
The man named Neil McCarthy (25) had drunk several bottles of whiskey. The incident took place in the American Eagle Flight 3921. The aircraft was going from Chicago to Manchester. Emergency landing was made in Buffalo, New York of the aircraft due to the urination of Neil McCarthy.
